Life Coaching is professional service for people, who are not looking for therapy or healing, but rather guidance, support and empowerment.  Life Coaching is like having your own personal cheerleader, someone who is uniquely interested in YOU, your potential and dreams. Life Coaching is for motivated people who are READY to grow and move into their purpose.  My coaching approach is holistic thus focuses on different aspects of my client’s life or can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Different parts of client’s lives that may be worked on related to personal growth, empowerment, life transitions, relationships, health/wellness, finances, career and work, spiritual development, etc. Coaching can help to create a more balanced life thus creating increased happiness and greater life fulfillment.

Coaching can be done face to face, via skype and/or on the telephone.
Life Coaching sessions can be held on video online or by telephone  The advantages of telephone or online meetings are many: there are no geographical limitations, no hassles with traffic. We can have a meeting while you are in your office, at home, or if you’re lounging on the beach.
